Founded by Tim Green and Wil Craport after a critical medical event involving a family member, EMS Options, LLC is working to help people be prepared for an unforeseen emergency to themselves or a family member by providing smartICEtm and smartICEtm 4family (In Case of Emergency) applications to all Smartphone’s.

Tim Green is a former EMS Director with over 30 years experience as a firefighter/paramedic and is a Graduate of the National Fire Academy (NFA) EMS Leadership, Advanced Leadership Issues and Command and Control of Fire Department Operations Courses. He has an associate degree in Fire Sciences and Emergency Medical Services from Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio and has completed multiple leadership courses at the Ohio Fire Academy. Tim also completed the Ohio State University, Management Series while employed with the Kettering Fire Division.

After retiring from the fire service, he was hired as the Operations Manager for careNOW, an innovative pathway management project owned by Premier Healthcare Services and the Greater Dayton Hospital Association in Dayton, Ohio. Tim has also worked in the EMS transport billing industry for almost ten years, helping to build a high performance billing company, focused on emergency transports. During that time, he was the Director of Client Services for MBI-Solutions, Fire/EMS Division and later he became the Director of Client Services, for MED3000, Fire/EMS Division in Ohio. Tim is also a member the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), EMS Section and the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF).
Wil Craport has over 26 years experience in the Information Technology field. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science at the University Of Dayton while gaining valuable experience as a programmer/analyst for the University of Dayton Research Institute focused on aircraft structural statistical analysis.

For the next 16 years, Wil gained experience in ever increasing roles and responsibilities in the telecommunications industry. His experience in telecommunications covers the breadth of the industry from land-line facilities management systems while working with GE Information Services, to wireless switch and network infrastructure, mobile phones, customer care, switch activation, rating, and billing systems while employed by BellSouth and Cingular Wireless. His roles at BellSouth/Cingular included Technical Manager of Systems Administration and Development, Director of MIS & Billing, Sr. Director of Switch Interfaces & Fraud, and Sr. Director of Application Architecture.

Wil has also spent 6 years in the retail point-of-sale industry, managing the development of embedded point-of-sale and supporting systems. All of this experience covering Information Technology with an emphasis in the telecommunications and point-of-sale industries gives Wil the expertise and insight necessary to architect and construct customer-centric solutions in both the wired and wireless worlds.
